1. Provision of the website and storage in log files

When you visit our website, it is technically necessary for data to be transmitted to our web server via your internet browser. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server:

We collect the listed data in order to ensure a smooth connection to the website and to enable users to use our website comfortably.

 

The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in the correct presentation and functionality of our website in accordance with Art.

 

In addition, the log files are used to evaluate system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data or log files is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR or Article 25 Paragraph 1 Clause 1, Paragraph 2 No. 2 TTDSG.

 

For reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attempts to attack our web server, we store this data for a short time. Based on this data, it is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. The data may also be processed anonymously for statistical purposes. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user, a comparison with other databases or a transfer to third parties does not take place at any time.

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data will only be used to process the contact and the subsequent communication. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. If we use the data for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance. The personal data from the input mask will be deleted when the respective communication with you has ended, ie as soon as it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

 

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In such a case, the contact request cannot be processed, and the communication or application process cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.

4. Duration of storage of personal data

According to Art. 17 GDPR, you can demand that your personal data be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete your data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:

  • Your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

  • Erasure of your personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject.

  • Your personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Article 8 (1) GDPR.

 

If we have made your personal data public and we are obliged to delete them in accordance with Art. 17 Para process personal data that you, as the data subject, have requested them to delete all links to your personal data or copies or replications of your personal data.

 

The right to erasure does not exist if processing is necessary

 

  • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;

7.4 Right to Restriction of Processing

Under the following conditions, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR:

  • if you contest the accuracy of your personal data for a period that enables us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

  • if the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request that the use of the personal data be restricted;

  • if we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or

  • if you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR and it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your reasons.

 

If the processing of your personal data has been restricted, this data - apart from its storage - may only be used with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or a Member State are processed. If the restriction of processing has been restricted according to the above conditions, you will be informed by us before the restriction is lifted.

 

7.5 Right to Information

If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged in accordance with Art. 19 DSGVO to inform all recipients to whom we have disclosed your personal data of this circumstance, unless this proves to be the case impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. e or f GDPR, for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. 7.8 Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law

 

You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation.

 

7.9 Automated individual decision-making including profiling

 

According to Art. 22 GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing - including profiling - which has legal effect on you or significantly affects you in a similar way. This does not apply if the decision

 

  • is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between you and us,

  • is permitted on the basis of legal provisions of the Union or the Member States to which we are subject and these legal provisions contain appropriate measures to protect your rights and freedoms as well as your legitimate interests or

  • with your express consent.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
